Natalie will be featured in Hozier’s new music video for their song ‘Someone New‘. A teaser of the video has been released and can be viewed below.
Natalie and Game of Thrones costar Lena Headey have joined singer-songwriter Beverley Knight in Plan UK’s biggest girls’ rights campaign ‘Because I am Girl’, to help face up to violence and discrmination against girls across the globe. The campaign is focused on ending female genital mutilation (FGM) and child marriage (CM).
You can show your own support by using the “Face Up” app. The app digitally places the words “I’m putting girls’ rights where they can’t be ignored” on a photo of your face and adds this to our online gallery of supporters. Add your face to the gallery and share it on Facebook and Twitter, using the hashtag #FaceUp.
In April Natalie will be running the Virgin Money London Marathon in an effort to raise money for Barnardo’s. You can check out Natalie’s message from her fundraising page below. She has raised over £3,000 so far, lets help her a little futher!
I am proud to be running the Virgin Money London Marathon this April to raise money and awareness for Barnardo’s.
Barnado’s transforms the lives of the most vulnerable children through its services, campaigning and research. Issues such as child poverty, sexual abuse and exploitation, disability, mental health, alcohol and substance abuse and domestic violence.
I’m training whilst shooting ‘Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ in Atlanta. So rest assured there will be plenty of ridiculous alarm times and running the streets after long days on set. My goal is to finish the 26.3 miles in under 4 hours!
Huge thanks in advance. I am grateful for any donation no matter how big or small. Every penny makes a difference and it’s going to a cause I believe has a massive impact on many childrens lives.
You can make a difference too.

The first episode of Neverwhere is fast approaching and Radio Times has spoken briefly to Natalie about the launch. Two new promotional photos have been added to our gallery, and if you check out the official Neverwhere site you can view clips of Natalie and find out more about her character Door.
The Radio 4 adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s fantasy Neverwhere boasts a cast most Hollywood blockbusters would be proud of. Rising stars like James McAvoy and Benedict Cumberbatch opposite film legends such as Christopher Lee, and yet more of Britain’s brightest acting talent including Homeland’s David Harewood and Game of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer.
So perhaps it’s no surprise that even some of the biggest names among them were a little star-struck when they first sat down for a read-through of the script.
“When I walked into the table read and a few of the other actors were there it was absolutely astonishing,” said Dormer, speaking at the launch of Neverwhere. “We were astounded. You saw the cast looking around and it’s amazing to see the likes of Benedict [Cumberbatch] and James [McAvoy] a little bit star-struck by Christopher Lee at the table.”
