I’m sure most of you know by now that unfortunately Natalie didn’t win the Gemini Award for Best Actress. It’s still a great honor that she was nominated though!

I’d also like to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday =) I had a great day!

Still waiting to hear something on City of Life and Fencewalker so keep your eyes open!

Yet again the lovely Canadians have recognized Natalie for her work in The Tudors and nominated her for “Best Actress” in this years Gemini Awards. In total The Tudors received eleven nominations, Natalie’s being one of them. Her work in season two was brilliant so hopefully that will be acknowledged this year because the Brits and Americans seem to have overlooked it, Canadians you rock =).

The main Gemini gala will be held November 14th, which incidentally is my 21st birthday … maybe that’s a good sign? Hopefully Natalie will attend and we shall (finally) have some new pictures, keep your fingers crossed!

United Agents have updated Natalie’s profile with a few new headshots. They look like they were taken recently to me, but I could be wrong. I’ve also added a few older ones that we were missing.

Also just to let you know that I’m going on a trip to Kent to see Hever Castle (Anne Boleyn’s childhood home) tomorrow and will be gone for the weekend so no updates I’m afraid! See you when I get back =)

Thanks to Jessy for letting us know that Natalie was involved in the launch of a new set of Royal Stamps featuring our beloved Tudors! They are on display in The Tower, hopefully they will still be there when I go do to my dissertation research =)

Sunday Express – Their bodies still lie within its walls as a macabre reminder of an age that saw the end of the Middle Ages and the start of the Renaissance. The stamps were officially launched by Natalie Dormer who played Anne Boleyn in the BBC2 series The Tudors.

Also, thank you to everyone who commented on the layout. I know I’ve told you guys this before but your all awesome and make this site a joy to work on (as does Natalie hehe). I have found though that the layout looks a little funky in Internet Explorer, so try and view us in Fire Fox if you can!

According to a few sources such as Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and HitFix, Natalie has been cast in a new series for FOX titled Masterwork! In it Natalie will play the lead female who is a MI5 agent teamed up with a male FBI agent who, together, travel the world recovering artifacts.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dormer has landed the female lead in “Masterwork,” a globetrotting drama from the “Prison Break” team.
Dormer will play an MI5 agent (the trade paper helpfully clarifies “a female MI5 agent”) who teams with an FBI agent (“a male FBI agent”) to travel the world recovering artifacts.

I for one loved Prison Break, so this sounds like it will be very exciting!! Thank you to everyone who emailed me about this, I know you guys are just as excited as I am that Natalie will be back on our screens on a weekly basis!

The nominees for this years Irish Film & Television Awards have been announced and one again Natalie has been overlooked. Overall the Tudors did well with 8 nominations, including “Best Actor in a leading role” for Jonathan Rhys Meyers, but again its utterly disappointing that Natalie’s work in Season 2 has been ignored.
